Measure

Please measure from the beginning to the end of the rail, i.e., the total length.

Measure from the bottom edge of the rail to the floor, then subtract 2 cm from the measured height. Enter this height in the field "Desired height in cm".

Since ceilings and floors are not always perfectly level, please measure in several places.

Curtain types

A blackout fabric darkens a room by up to 90% in daylight.

A day curtain is a transparent fabric, also called tulle or drape.

A blackout curtain is a fabric that prevents people from seeing into the room during the day, but does not darken it significantly.

It is traditionally chosen as a nighttime privacy screen.

Fabric & Care

Yes. We would be happy to send you free fabric samples so that you can see the high quality of our curtains for yourself beforehand.

Shrinkage refers to the reduction in size of a fabric after washing. Depending on the type of fabric, such as cotton and linen, shrinkage can range from 2-4%.

As a rule, delicate washes should be performed at 30°C.

Do not tumble dry or bleach. Iron on the lowest setting.

Some materials require special handling during care.

Yes, you can choose almost any curtain glider. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Order & Payment

No. You don't need a customer account with us and can order as a guest.

You have the choice between the following payment methods:

Visa card, Mastercard, PayPal, TWINT and payment by invoice.

After you have placed and submitted your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation from us via email.

Our shop is purely online. However, you can pick up your curtains from us in Bonstetten.

We provide a warranty by remedying defects. This is done at our discretion through subsequent performance, meaning either repair or replacement of a defect-free item.

If the subsequent performance fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to minor defects. The customer's right to a price reduction is excluded.

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days .

Custom-made curtains

Delivery times vary depending on the fabric and availability. They typically take approximately 2–6 weeks .
The exact delivery time depends on stock availability and individual manufacturing effort.

Your custom-made curtains will be manufactured in Switzerland.

We are doing everything we can to keep the delivery time as short as possible.

We charge CHF 15.00 per shipment. Bulky goods, e.g., long curtain rods, will be charged according to the effort involved.

You can also pick up your order directly from us in Bonstetten free of charge.

We ship your order via Swiss Post.

Items will be accepted for return provided they are in their original packaging and hygienically sound. However, custom-made curtains and sale items are excluded from returns.
